Terms of Use

Operator and eligibility

VEXUMI is operated by Vexumi Labs, an independent developer based in the Philippines. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the service.

Your account

You sign in using an approved identity provider. Keep access to that account secure, provide accurate information, and do not sell, transfer, automate, or impersonate another account. A VEXUMI handle is unique and becomes permanent once claimed.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant VEXUMI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, resize, display, transmit, moderate, and make that content available as needed to operate and improve the service. This license ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backup, legal, and safety retention.

• Upload only photos and information you created or have permission to share.
• Pin only public businesses and never expose a private residence or another person’s sensitive location.
• Clearly disclose sponsorships, free products, advertising, or business relationships.

Prohibited conduct

• Non-food public posts, stolen content, harassment, hate, threats, sexual or exploitative content, impersonation, scams, spam, malware, or unlawful goods.
• Posting personal information, private addresses, deceptive locations, fabricated experiences, or misleading health and allergen claims.
• Automated, duplicate, coordinated, retaliatory, or knowingly false reports and attempts to manipulate reactions, follows, or Food Points.

Moderation and safety

We may limit distribution, remove content, reverse rewards, warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create legal or safety risks. Reports are reviewed, and you may appeal a decision through surion@vexumi.app.

Food and location disclaimer

VEXUMI is a discovery service, not a guarantee. Confirm ingredients, allergens, preparation, prices, availability, business hours, and location accuracy directly with the business. VEXUMI does not provide medical or nutritional advice.

Food Points

Food Points are promotional reputation units with no cash value or ownership right. Eligible confirmed reports may earn points under published rules. We may deny or reverse points associated with fraud, mistakes, duplicates, or abuse and may adjust future reward limits with appropriate notice.

Service availability and changes

Features may change, pause, or end as the service develops. We may update these terms and will provide notice when legally required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.

Account deletion

You may request deletion in the app or through our account-deletion page. Deletion removes access and associated active data, subject to limited backup, fraud-prevention, safety, and legal retention described in the Privacy Policy. Unused Food Points expire when the account is deleted.

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEXUMI is provided without warranties and Vexumi Labs is not responsible for user content, third-party businesses, or indirect losses. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your location.
